Cancellation Policy: (1) Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
(2) Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge. Penalty Charge for cancellation is 1 night.
(3) Cancellation done within 15 days prior to checkin no refund,Cancellation done before 15 days prior to checkin 50 % of total cost.No show will incur full period charge.
(4) This is a special NON-REFUNDABLE rate. 100% of booking amount will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
Child Policy: (1) Children under 8 years old - Free Accommodation (Up to 2 children per room)
(2) Children 8 - 12 years old - Rs 500 per child - Room Only (All taxes included)
(3) Children Over 12 years old will be counted as an adult.
General Rules: (1) It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
(2) The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
(3) The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
