Cancellation Policy: (1) Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge. Penalty Charge for cancellation will be decided by us. (2) Bookings confirmed during Diwali, New Year, Christmas and peak seasons period will neither be canceled nor modified. No payment will be refundable during this period. (3) Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. (4) Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

Child Policy: (1) Children under 8 years old - Free Accommodation (Up to 2 children per room) (2) Children 8 - 12 years old - Extra person charges will apply. (3) Children Over 12 years old will be counted as an adult.

General Rules: (1) It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. (2) The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. (3) The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
